Junior Talent Manager
ABOUT THE JOB
The focal point of this role is to provide support to Clique-Now Talent Managers and their talent roster as well as being a liaison between talent and brands/third party agencies to smoothly execute campaigns and projects. Candidate must have the ability to work efficiently with the team in a fast-paced environment with high volume e-mail/workload. Experience in a related field (agency, management company, PR, influencer marketing, etc.) is required. The ideal candidate has a passion for social media and an interest in developing brand and talent relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to Talent Managers and their talent roster including: project managing and executing of partnerships, managing talent calendars, managing call sheets/notes, scheduling calls/shoot dates, negotiating brand feedback on content, and brainstorming creative ideas with talent
Arrange and coordinate travel/logistics for talent to/from events and trips
Prepare detailed campaign briefs with contractual and/or creative requirements for talent
Attend and/or lead campaign kick-off calls
Attend events/set visits with talent
Update decks, presentations, and case studies
Work with the finance department and finance software to ensure invoices are submitted accurately and on time
Build relationships with brands and agencies in an effort to secure new business
Act as key point of contact between brand and talent and ensure each campaign is a success for both parties
Collaborate with company leadership to ensure proper internal controls and efficient protocols are maintained
Draft and/or update contracts, eventually assisting in the redline process
Show interest in and willingness to highlight talent on the rise
Show interest in and willingness to understand the contract process
Show interest in and willingness to understand rates and negotiations
Eventually run point on smaller negotiations and proactive pitches and/or run point on specific talent’s day-to-day
Participate in company-wide initiatives and activities
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years or project management experience required
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability
A passion for social media and an interest in developing talent relationships
Ability to lead own projects/take ownership of their role
Strong verbal and written communication skills required with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask while adapting to changing environments and overlapping projects
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
Interest in understanding legal agreements + the contract negotiation process
Knowledge of the digital media landscape
Valid CA license and car. Must be located in Los Angeles, CA
SOFTWARE SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) in addition to Adobe Acrobat
Proficient in Google Docs, Google Drive and Google Sheets
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Previous talent agency or related industry
Knowledge of and experience using Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.
Knowledge of Google Analytics
